"One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life: the employee who took our order told us that there was no more chicken tenders, with arrogance. 2 minutes later at the drive thru, he took orders of chicken tenders... After 25minutes, we went back and the employee forgot our order."

"Went in today and ordered 2 sandwiches. Roger was helping me. Not sure if he is owner or manager??? He was not friendly and had an attitude. When I asked for just my bacon to be heated he said that in the future I would have to have my whole sandwich toasted or not get bacon because people were burning their fingers on it. Instead of training employees let say you can’t have it..when the other employee was finishing my sandwich I asked for onion, green pepper and extra pickles. When the employee put the extra pickles on Roger chewed him out in front of me and said any more then a few pickles needed to be an extra charge. Mind you I only asked for 3 of the 7-10 items that are available! This is not the first time Roger has been unpleasant. It will be a long time before I go back if at all! There are 2 other deli’s with better sandwiches for the same money if not less. If I do go back you can be sure I will ask for every item available and toss what I don’t like."

"I am sorry to be honest here, I think twice before dropping this 1 star review. But i just want other not having the same experience as me.I ordered a chicken momo and they bring stale momo very sour taste and bad smell.Then I request the guy for a chicken chowemin and he bring us the the chowemin fully deeped on oil— very unhealthy, can’t even even eat more than single bite.Funny at last he charged me for the stale momo. How come they are in business huh!Never ever recommend this place for Nepalese food."
