4 stars because it's a clean establishment, quality is always good and I've never had a problem with the sandwich makers. I used to go almost every Sunday but slowed down to once every month or so because the manager (owner? would often be there on weekends. The problem is, in his zeal to have a good time and be engaging with his customers he seemed to forget that sometimes people just want a sandwich... Awkward joking around with his staff and annoying attempts to draw every customer into a conversation made you wish the sandwich makers would hurry up. If that happens again it'll be the last time I go to this specific establishment.

The food we ordered was good. The staff was rude and not friendly. One of the workers had chips in stock and instead of apologising that I only come around to store.
