The quality of the food was excellent and was complimented by effective and efficient service by the young staff. My starter which was a very lightly poached egg...on boudin noir with tiny croutons and diced Apple was simply delicious. I cannot wait to return. We drank a bottle of local red wine Puy Real from Famille Laurent which was perfect."
