My wife brought home some Firehouse blend packets about 5 years ago from an event you were catering to at the Baton Rouge Civic Center. When I say the Magic Swamp Dust Firehouse Blend is some of the best seasoning I've ever had, I mean it. I put it on everything. Will not ever buy Tony's again. Cheers from Northeast LA. read more.

These are some of the BEST pickles I have ever had in my life!!! If you are down south get them at your local Rouses or other stores. You can also order online....

"This is a place I'll definitely revisit if I'm ever back in the area. I was looking for something that wasn't too heavy on the stomach, and I was accompanied by a vegetarian. Most places in the area didn't have very many vegetarian options, so this was the winner. The food was seriously so balanced. The portions were huge, and every single thing I had was delicious. (Kabobs, hummus, salad, rice) There was a depth to the flavor of the food that I'll crave until I return. I'm so glad we ended up eating here."
