What User likes about Steak 'n Shake:
It's a tale as old as time. Ordered a double steak burger without cheese. Got cheese. Drive thru is always risky. Of course I specified everything I wanted on the hamburger. And then when I was done I ask them to verify that they had left cheese off of the order. They said they had. Got cheese anyway. View all feedback.

So when people go to SnS, they expect a certain degree of standardization. The food was not bad, but my Frisco was not cut and the burgers were on one side of the sandwich.
