Picked up a 9 piece feast today. Didn't eat it right away as we were from out of town. I usually just warm it up at home in the air fryer but today the taters were that over cooked we couldn't eat them. They seem like they had been cooked over and over. And the chicken was so greasy . "We were visiting the area while on vacation in Newfoundland and visited the restaurant after a day of sightseeing. We decided this place was more our style than the Norseman, and a better value for the based on past reviews. We made a reservation before we left our rental, which was a good idea since half the restaurant had a tour bus group. The staff/owners were very attentive, there happened to be musical entertainment while we were there (and he was great! , the food was delicious and they accommodated 2 of us who are gluten free and my 3 kids were happy with the options. It was a good find, yummy and totally affordable."

"Beautiful restaurant at the top of a gift shop in Dark Tickle. Homemade food, I had the meatballs with potatoes and carrots. Delicious food and the staff were very friendly. My girlfriend had the homemade Mac and cheese that was delicious."
