What Lisa Gibson likes about Arctic Circle:
We held an activity there for the 8 yr old boys from my church, and it was perfect! The boys got to play in the play area and enjoy a yummy ice cream cone! Plus, they even offer small courtesy cones that were the perfect small snack for me and the other co-leader of our group. The staff was so friendly, and our ice cream came out quickly! What Matt Hinshaw doesn't like about Arctic Circle:
Dude. Why does it take so long through the drive through ..??? Come on really???? I could watch a whole Netflix series in the wait time of the drive-thru..... Come on y'all..... View all feedback.

"Such bad customer service. The front doors were locked, though the restaurant was open. The cooks were working, there were two employees serving the drive through line (ignoring the customers standing right in front of them), and one poor guy to take care of the entire in person line, both serving and checking people out. They weren't short staffed though there were about six people standing in a huddle chatting and ignoring the other employee's requests for help."

"Pizza was decent. The dessert pizzas were decent as well. The service from the employees were very very good. A recommendation I would suggest is the pizza shelves should be larger and there should be a direction of traffic for the food. It seemed to crowded. The men's bathroom toilet is not attached to the floor on one side causing the whole thing to rock sideways. The men's bathroom floor was wet and that tile is worse than ice when wet."
