The best beef brisket I've had in any state! Tender and cooked perfectly. Served on very tasty Texas toast style bread, excellent! Strange experience. I was expecting a full service sit down restaurant, but it was far from that. They had their food trailer sitting out front that they apparently cooked in, and next to that was a table where you had to place and pay for your order and get your drinks, then you go inside the building and seat yourself.
