While a single person and a couple are present at 11:30 a.m. and are reminded that the service starts at noon, while the outside terraces are empty, the disappointment is accentuated by the presence of a sign on the road indicating that the restaurant is open in the evening, which does not indicate that it is complete at noon, even for accustomed to a warm welcome in the same circumstances with previous managers.
