"Here you can eat, take, stop, discuss as I have done personally with Chef Ryma who enjoys his spicy culinary discoveries. In a cocoon decor with some so chic and bohemian exhibitions, the stone-walled restaurant is located in the historic centre of Vienna. The dishes are in the flavors of the world and Ryma, that I came to see the day before wanting to adapt the Jazz menu in Vienna, to please my guests and she ordered fish directly in front of me... It's not everywhere that we meet this kind of ease and kindness. The place is friendly where you eat well, good and healthy. A place where you feel good. If you are in Vienna or not and want to treat yourself, do not miss seeing Ryma this leader who is easily approached and who is doing you well."

"Impeccable service, warm welcome, fantastic presentations, delicious foie gras starter, thé champagne by the glass is a bit expensive but overall it was a world class experience from start to finish. One starter (fois gras) two glasses of champagne, one bottle of sparkling water, two main entree dishes, two cheese plates, two espressos our bill came to 127 euros which is rather expensive in my opinion but for a school setting truly the setting and everything else deserves nothing less than five stars. Well done. You can tell that the legend and legacy of Paul Bocuse lives on and is well represented by the fine young men and women of institut Paul Bocuse École de Cuisine!"

"In his 8th year of operation, owner and host Eric holds to a fresh ingredient, pure food philosophy that separates his restaurant from many others in Vieux Lyon. With a relatively small menu, this cosy cave-like establishment serves excellent and wholesome meals and the attention to service is the best we encountered in Lyon. I ordered the Burger au foie gras which was among the best burgers I have ever eaten. The magret de canard and sirloin being served at the next table looked equally generous and delicious. My partner ordered salads lyonnaise which was again wholesome, substantial and thoroughly satisfying. An excellent bottle of beaujolais was suggested by Eric and we finished off with the selection of cheeses and a wonderful pressed grappa. If atmosphere and service count for anything, be sure to enjoy a meal at the playfully named 'Le Bon, Le Boeuf Et le Truant'."
