We ordered tonight because they were doing fundraiser for our kids elementary school. We were missing food and had part of order not made correctly. When we went to get order fixed, staff was completely unapologetic. They were busy and like all food service places, they are understaffed. It's been around forever, and I never thought about it, but saw it had some of the best reviews in the area for Sandwich (Next to Subway, Jimmy Johns, etc). It is 100x better than Jimmy Johns and 150x better than Subway. Yeah the prices are slightly higher, but I felt like I really got my moneys worth. They also have a loyalty program online, so check that out for some cool discounts! The Chipotle Cheese Chicken sub was fantastic. Can't wait to try it again soon."
