"I’m sure the place is great but it’s closed til August 24th for vacation. I will be nice and give 3 stars. Looks like a cute place! However we drove all the way from Schaumburg as they have great ratings and good menu unfortunately they had a sign taped up on the door saying they are on vacation until August 24th! I wish they would have posted this on their Yelp and google maps site (updated hours). Waste of time and gas!"

"I'm an entrepreneur and I'll deliver as a side-by-side in the morning. I appreciate the staff that works there! every time I have an order to pick up from there, they are very friendly, attentive, polite and very helpful! Not only the host/hoss, kitchen staff also helps me! most time jobs are hot and ready! I have been a lot of similar breakfast restaurants, some of them have been working with them and then ignore them or just start to order when the supplier comes but never here. Although I have never sunk here, with this attitude that is shown, I am sure that eating is amazing too! I'm sorry for my limited vocabulary. I wish I could say it and say it better to show my greatest appreciation!"

"Tonight was the worst, for an Oberweis location known for very slow and poor service.There were several cars in the drive through, so we went inside to order. There was no line of customers, but it still took about 30 minutes to get our order. The person taking our order didn't seem to know what flavors they sold. After multiple attempts, our order was placed. About 30 minutes later, the wrong flavors were in the cones. We just left, rather than wait like others to get their correct order prepared.To make matters worse, the employees were goofing off...zero interest in customer service or how much time people were waiting. Some employees were walking around with drinks in their hands, another was kicking a bachi bag in back, the manager was in another world, not overseeing all the wrong orders coming out. Lots of goofing around by the staff, rather than properly filling orders.Bottom line....don't go here. We have been in multiple times, but have thrown in the towel. Until they get a serious staff and manager, just stay away and go to DQ."

"I?ve dined here in 2019. gotten take out in 2020, not have gone back for dine in in 2022. Over time this place has lost its touch w food quality as it?s become more popular. service, hosts, and waitresses were all very accommodating and so sweet. ourrecent visit was quite stressful as we book a pod for a party of 12. on the phone we were told ?we can easily sit 12 in a pod.? during our visit, to our surprise they asked us to sit at SEPARATE tables..?? That?s all fine and well, IFFF we were told thaton the phone bc we would have simply chosen a bigger restaurant that could accommodate us. but no, they must be so money hungryfor large parties that they lied to us on the phone only to completely ruin my sisters bday dinner we could have easily hadsomewhere else if we were given accurate information. They?ve recently had a menu switch where i notice the menu is way smallerthan it used to be, and their quality of food has gone down by a lot. It?s just decently good, extremely overpriced mexicanfood, when it used to be one of my favorite take out spots. 15 dollars for 2 crab tacos? they must me on something to thinkthat?s okay."
