Booking is essential as it's always busy I mean always busy.

What a gem! Fantastic, authentic, reasonably priced foodWent with a large group and not one person had anything but a five star food experience.

The food here is deliciousWe didn't have the shallot pancakes, but that seems to be the signature dish as everyone around us was eating it.

Très originales ces planchas : tout est dessus la salade la viande les légumes ou frites et le dessert. Pas mauvais du tout les frites sont maison l'aligot est...

"Small inn without pretension hidden in the middle of nowhere. the service is very professional and the kitchen is just sumptuous and excellent. The cook mastered his dishes perfectly and we enjoyed each other from beginning to end. the little plus: the cook who is making the round tables to collect our feeling. The price quality ratio is excellent, I totally recommend!"

"Very good restaurant, delicious and very hearty dishes. The service is perfect. Less well with regard to the hotel room, very clean, but with a climbing boat bed and a bathroom not very convenient. A renovation was made in some rooms. It must normally be prosecuted."

"I had ordered the fish of the day, that was a stock of the grouper served with rigatoni pasta. the fish was overcooked and dry and it was lacking sauce to make it pale. also that was completely overlooked what I tried to rectify with salt...and pfeffer, but finally there was on the court and sent it back to the kitchen. I have held the court of the day: in the grunde Guinea-Fowl and kartoffeln, with a few useless phrases (the fennel with wings needs rather inexorable. While the server reacted highly professionally, such a lack of basic cooking skills is simply shocking from the kitchen of a one-star michelin cook."

"Not much to say except quality quality quality homemade products that you don't usually consume like aperitives excellent houses, sitting at the corner of the fireplace and at a much more than reasonable price! "As part of a seminar, we spent 2 days at the corner of aubrac with acute hots. We have been very welcome to disconnect, the apartments are of an irreproachable and tastefully decorated cleanliness. We took advantage of the spa that is just amazing. and meals are as generous as the reception! quality products, fresh. Thank you so much for your kindness!"

"We went here one night when our hotel restaurant was shut. We had a lovely table overlooking the Jonte River. All the staff throughout out the evening were attentive and helpful, particularly the lady who explained the menu, which was written only in French. The entrees we had we both enjoyed; a real good blood sausage dish and another with mackerel. Sadly things went a little downhill from there. The main courses disappointed. A lamb dish looked inviting but the meat was quite tough and chewy and indeed my partner has to remove a piece that was not chewable there's not much she can't chew! . My guinea fowl course was tasty but the meat was on the dry side. One of our desserts was good a chocolate dish but the other a tart citron revisited had perhaps been better left unvisited. It looked attractive but was basically a layer of pastry with a layer of not very flavoursome lemon gel topped with some fancy cream work. In contrast the lemon sorbet that came with it was superb. I am being perhaps a little over critical but it was expensive £50 without drinks and as we rarely spend this much on a meal it was quite disappointing. At half the price it would have been very acceptable"
