What Ame0078 doesn't like about Du Nord:
The dishes are representative of the Ardéchoise cuisine with local products, the staff is very courteous. However the restaurant was full, we spent 2 hours at the table, too long to our taste! Even though Grandpa's trout and Grandma's moneys remain our favorites (but not everyone has the chance to be Ardéchois ; , the blueberry pie is very good and there is a wide choice of cheeses, so good address for holidaymakers... We had a warm and attentive welcome, very attentive to the guests. The pleasant room on the Garden side, deckchairs available, and without charge we spent a relaxing moment at Jacuzzi and Sauna. We were in half board and the evening meal was very fine and tasteful (products of the region) with a beautiful presentation. We have been enchanted and will certainly return, and above all we recommend the hotel and the restaurant.
We dine twice as a hotel's pensioner. A unique menu (entrance-plat-fromage-dessert) 26th with local products, nothing better to delight our taste buds! Special mention to the soufflé with châtaigne for dessert, the veal roast that we have never had so melting and the local cheese tray that offers you a plethoric choice of cow, goat or sheep cheese. All this with a little care staff. The choice of having a single menu is a little frustrating, but that's what certainly guarantees the authenticity and freshness of the products served.
Breakfast is a very complete buffet the bread is delicious. We have dinner 2 nights; meals with a very hearty dish, cheese tray and dessert. Very pleasant and smiling welcome; impeccable service.
The best of the Ardéchois Plateau, the quality of simplicity, freshness, happiness, and once again good well-worked products.
