"Been there 3 times and have been receiving great services that we even gave a tip which is not what we normally do for fast food restaurants. The grill fishes, hush puppies, and Cajun catfish sandwiches are delicious. I would suggest to skip the lobster roll sandwich. Nothing wrong, just kind of skimpy. I should have ordered fish. Good food for what we pay for."

"The food is usually good but the customer service is terrible and the wait is very long. Parking is a headache because of their location. And if you're wondering what that silver thing is on the lid, it's a staple. Yes, a staple. Not the first one I'vefound in my food at that location. At least I didnt bite this one!! I'm very cautious and aware of how I chew and I try to forkover the food before eating to check for inedible objects."

"I live behind this panda. I'll get it for myself occasionally, as this is the only place near the Chinese foods to eat sick. (Asian places are so hit and miss chickens always underused). I'll come here and get things for other people. So literally here every day. I know the workers recognize me and laugh this every day. But they were nice. No complaints about the food. Sometimes it gets absolutely fresh (only cooked), sometimes it is not so fresh. But still good. And my family never complains when I get it for her and we all eat almost the same. No complaints compared to other fast food places nearby where I had some bad experiences."

"We went to HopCat downtown after the Detroit tigers game. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. My boneless chicken wings were so so but the fries were really good. If I was giving out on food alone I would say 3.5 out of 5stars. The waitress was friendly and accommodating but she seemed overwhelmed. I?m guessing this isn?t her fault as they wereprobably understaffed like every other restaurant since the pandemic started. I would say wait staff alone would be 4 of 5stars. The area that failed miserably was the restroom. Maybe it isn?t like this every time but the paper towel wasoverflowing on floor. The stall had no toilet paper and was an absolute mess. Again maybe they understaffed and this is thereason for the mess. I would give the restroom 0 out of 5 stars. With so so food and an absolutely disgusting restroom I don?tthink I?ll be back to this location. Maybe it was just an off day for the restaurant but not downtown enough to see."
