It's purely and simply a scam. This establishment serves oysters n•4 (small) while you have ordered and you are loaded with oysters n•3 (smaller and cheaper!) it is so easy to take in a basket, rather than the other. and, moreover, oysters are of very poor quality. the cheese plate, which is said of the country, is actually made up of industrial cheeses.
