Had a dinner here during our stay in this hotel (on breakfast basis so dinner was not included). Opted for the 4 course seasonal menu of 69eur on a friday night. Very good food, a splendid environment But the waiters are not at the expected level for a one star Michelin restaurant. Wine drops, cutlery not well positioned, dishes through to the table without care, no deep explanation of the foods in the plates.
