"Being an unconditional of the traditional flambée pie, at Made in Franz I was conquered by the way to sublimate the recipe. The goat:ail bears I can't see in painting was a fairy tale for my palate. We also enjoy the drinks we don't find everywhere and desserts. All for a good quality price ratio. With in addition a most enjoyable service"

"I stayed in the Hotel Père Benoît, which is situated at the other side of the quiet courtyard. The restaurant comprises of three medium size rooms and on the evening I visited was bustling with local people that is always a good sign. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I had one of the best scallop and parmesan risottos ever. My only slight criticism is that the smaller tables are placed quite close together."
