A must-see place in St-Etienne-de-Baïgorry. Remarkable cuisine, fresh and quality products, the food menu is light but typical of the Basque Country. The hotel is charming, quiet and the rooms are functional. The staff is pleasant and smiling. A superb experience that we repeat every year as a family.
