very nice experience in a nice setting, smiling staff available for you at any time. delicious meal accompanied by a good wine! Cashed in our Dakota Box of 99 euros when booking just before covid and did not cancel the cashout when they closed for confinement. We thought we would have time to use our voucher because it is valid until 2024 but no. The Château des Ayes takes the money but can do nothing. DAKOTA BOX condones the theft by refusing to credit us with our money. View all feedback.
