This was one of, if not the best meals, we had in France. We were staying in St Rèmy and had electric bikes for the day. We were sent on to Saint-Étienne-du-Grès for lunch by the nice woman at the olive mill. The town is sleepier than St Rèmy and we didn’t know what to expect. Frederick was welcoming, warm and funny. "Very friendly staff, I had a great time there with my girlfriend. The restaurant is located in a quiet side street in Avignon. It's quite new and well decorated, and the food is really good at a surprisingly decent price, although the menu isn't big. We had a very enjoyable experience, definitely worth it."
