What Ana Maria Damian doesn't like about Starbucks:
Great and friendly staff, however they seem very overworked and stress. the older manager, Lisa(? acts to be in close line for retirement.. she punched in my drink wrong multiple times and blamed other staff before she realized it was her fault, but seemed very lost and not all there Staff were polite about the manager’s mistake and moved on. I can only imagine what they put up with on the daily. Service: Take out View all feedback.
