"The food is very good, fresh and tasty. The portions are big. Wedge potatoes very tasty. The salad is delicious, loved the dressing. The dorade fish was perfect and fresh. The shrimps so yummy. Calmars delicious. Grilled veggies excellent. Prices are good. The restaurant have a good ventilation system since we could not smell any fish smell inside while we were eating, definitely a plus. The staff is very polite, and pleasant. It is a restaurant where as soon as you enter, you go directly to the counter to order food and drinks, then you go and sit down and they bring you the food and drinks to your table.It is a good restaurant, well located, has parking at the back, but it needs a bit of tender loving care to make it more welcoming. To add some music, also to tidy up the place a bit like there is an upside down table stacked on top of another table, right at the entrance. Also the floor needs to be cleaned more often as one can see paper, and some spilled food on the floor. It is important in making a good first impression on guest. We will definitely return."

"Always high quality, flavourful foods and dishes that you can pick up, take home, and heat for your family on those busy days. Excellent frozen products as well, like tourtière and shepherd's pie. Extremely friendly and helpful staff!"

"Very cute restaurant with great food. Unfortunately, they need to do a lot of work on their customer service. Abrupt short greeting, almost seemed to be a bother when we asked to be seated. Sat at the table for a while before someone came to table to take order and ended up being about 4 minutes after breakfast time closed, waitress said sorry only lunch available now (even though we had been sitting and in the cafe for about 5-10 minutes. Not accommodating and poor customer service. Similar to other reviews I read. It’s a shame because the cafe is cute and food is good, but really does put a downer to your meal when customer service is poor at best."

"I used to love to eat here, ingredients were always fresh, the food was delicious, the portions fair and the prices correct for quality and quantity, I find it is now overpriced, quality and taste are no longer present, and portions have been halved, even...worst if you order take out. The last few times it has been quite disappointing. Used to love going to eat here or pick up on the way home, now not so much."

"So this is my review of this place. It was the first time ordering from Grillades Torino, there was only one staff member taking orders and making the food he was very polite, but felt sad for him because he had many orders to make on his own and forgot to add the bacon on my poutine, I don't know what was doing the other employees there?? However, the food tastes very good, I brought my two other tester and they also found it very good. The portion are enormous (as you can see on the pictures) , it was clean and the meat is halah if you are wondering. For three people it cost 55$ tax included its a bit pricey but like I said the portion are big. The decorations was so, so. I would definitely recommend this place for sure. Will order again."
