"A small selection of fresh and healthy food... VG knows how to use spices... Brick vaulted high ceiling, very typical of Bastia... only a few tables, but VG also offers away... Smooths of the day are sometimes made of more unexpected ingredients, and... they are so delicious that we are there several times this year lunch, and we were always very happy... good price-performance ratio... and not least very friendly staff... "

"This really should have been a better meal reading all the reviews the views are indeed tremendous and the atmosphere welcoming and helpful. But the menu is incredibly limited and the food at best average . The Goats Cheese doughnuts are OK but other...than the usual cold meats, little else for starters. Main courses are basically Veal we had the escalope which was passable but the brochette/kebab mostly too tough to manage . The accompanying vegetables and dressings were far better than the meat . Prices are reasonable limited but interesting local wine list . The village is charming the views well worth the drive but the food at best adequate"
