"We had a marvellous meal here last Wednesday night with great friends who have house nearby. Service is friendly and very professional. The food is excellent. "Very enjoyable evening. The staff were welcoming and found us a table on a busy Friday evening although we hadn’t reserved. The restaurant was lively with a varied clientele. Menus were at 22,29 and 39 Euros. We chose from the middle and had a chèvre starter and fillet of fish main course. I then had an excellent selection from the cheese board while my fellow diner had a delicious crème brûlée. A jug of water was brought to the table without having to be requested and we ordered a delightful white wine from Estaing just up the Lot valley. The meal was a marvellous example of a traditional French restaurant serving well cooked food. We considered it to be excellent value for money."
