"Very enjoyable evening. The staff were welcoming and found us a table on a busy Friday evening although we hadn’t reserved. The restaurant was lively with a varied clientele. Menus were at 22,29 and 39 Euros. We chose from the middle and had a chèvre starter and fillet of fish main course. I then had an excellent selection from the cheese board while my fellow diner had a delicious crème brûlée. A jug of water was brought to the table without having to be requested and we ordered a delightful white wine from Estaing just up the Lot valley. The meal was a marvellous example of a traditional French restaurant serving well cooked food. We considered it to be excellent value for money."
