"Plus d'une heure d'attente pour avoir un sandwich sur place et même pas d'excuses de la part du serveur pour ce délai irraisonnable... En livraison, 30 minutes et c'est rendu à la maison... cherchez donc à comprendre! Donc on ne se rend plus manger sur place, on se fait livrer à la maison. La nourriture est très bonne mais c'est excessivement très chère chez Boston Pizza! Un sandwich à la viande et un spaghetti standard, 38$ CAD + pourboire à la livraison tout près de 42$ en tout.... oufff pas donné mais quand c'est bon tu payes et te ferme la boîte ;)"

"I ordered a quarter chicken fries and salad came with it. I was going to give some of my chicken and fries to my little daughter, because l was going to give some chicken to my little daughter l wasn't allowed the salad ,l had to pay for my salad. Even if it already came with my dish. It's not up to the waitress to diside what I'm allowed to do with my food, after l paid for my dish."

"We were a little disappointed by the salad bar, the variety of which left something to be desired. Prices have increased significantly for less choice. Damage ! It's a beautiful restaurant, airy, with comfortable seats, clean (including the bathroom which was spotless) and very good service. So, if it weren't for the price, $100 for 2 people, without alcohol and without desserts, we would come there more often."
