Une étoile pour l'accueil aimable et souriant... Mais la tradition que j'ai achetée était inmangeable. Elle était très très fine, et la mie très très compacte, comme si elle avait été enfournée sans pousse préalable ou que le levain avait été oublié dans le pétrissage... Et tout ça pour 1,70€ !
