"It’s difficult to find words to explain how special this dinner was. The owner (and chef) is an absolutely lovely person, passionate about her products and her food. Everything is locally sourced and fresh. She takes the time to explain every single dish individually and it is apparent from the first moment that she puts an inordinate amount of care and attention into each dish. The principle of the restaurant is that the owner buys fresh products once a week and based on what she has and what she can source, she creates her menu. Therefore the menu changes weekly, which certainly guarantees a unique experience each time."
