"Boba was really good! ?????? I love it, and if your just getting drinks the wait time is pretty short. I also loved their pastries, specifically the chocolate croissant. On the other hand for criticism sometimes their peanut sauce tastes a bit oily or is more liquid like. I remember one hot day where I ordered spring rolls with peanut sauce, and the sauce was really oily. Although it might have been the weather. It was also a pretty busy day. I could tell since I could see people running through the kitchen and the staff making drink after drink. I think that's why they already prepared all their sauces into containers and left them out that day. To end this review on a good note the staff are amazing and chill. Customer service is wonderful, and it's also heartwarming to see staff interacting with customers especially children."

"In the past, we have thoroughly enjoyed Charter Oak, but this time, we found the food to be too oily and just not up to the level it has been before. Granted, the place was packed with patrons and the kitchen was likely slammed, but this is Napa Valley, and these sorts of things can't affect restaurant's product.
