What Katja Hammer doesn't like about Tokyo Katsu-sand:
Sauce on bread tasted like motor oil, very chemical. Also the pork was way too undercooked and too rubbery for my taste. I don't mind rare beef but pork should be cooked longer. Had to throw out as I could not bare the texture and taste. Richmond Food truck January 15, 2024. View all feedback.
