Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea - Feedback

What Sam X likes about Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea:
I got matcha latte and asked for 0% ice but my drink was full of ice they offered to make a new drink but i just went off with that one. Besides that, everything is cool. Staff is nice and friendly. I just specifically always order no ice with my drinks and that was a bit upsetting. But yea, it’s ok, we all can make mistakes, just pls be more attentive next time and at least apologize to the client or something View all feedback. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was pretty disappointed by the quality and service. The Milpitas location in California is my favorite boba shop but I moved away to a place without any stores, so I was super excited to find this place on vacation.
