"This poutine is as good as it gets! Robust thick cut but crispy fries that stand up to the awesome meaty gravy, plenty of cheese curds! Good coffee! Very cool layout! Highly recommend for everyone - foodie or not! Get the poutine!!"

"Discovered this place in advance via Yelp and sought it out. I had planned to get one of their sandwiches for lunch. However, when I arrived I saw that they had some amazing smelling smoked salmon. I opted for a package of salmon and loaf of sliced bread and some cheese to make a lunch. I also picked up some butter, jams, and a carrot muffin. Everything was outstanding. They have seating outside in front but it is noisy with cars traveling past. Across the street at their restaurant there are additional areas to eat near the trees in the back of that parking lot. I enjoyed everything so much that I returned the next day for more and got an assortment of there excellent muffins to bring home with me!"

"They told us they had the best poutine in the city and they were right. No, not because they are the only restaurant in the city. they really have the best poutins I cost over quebec. How hard can it be to make poutine? it seems hard. Anyway, we went back a second night to dinner and again the service was great and the food came hot even though they were busy. they need to try their soft serve ice cream. omg's good."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the sushi, was a great find in Trois Pistoles. Unfortunately, we waited a long long time for our food as they had lots of orders (takeout and in house). Would recommend ordering ahead of time, or ask if there will be a delay."

"Sympathique et bien bon dans le genre cantine. Dommage que les tables de pique-nique n'offrent pas de vue sur le fleuve, et soient en plein soleil, sans parasol ni couverture qui offrent un peu d'ombre. Dommage aussi que les 2/3 des tables soient fermés à l'intérieur."

"We stayed at this hotel and ate at the restaurant. The dinner was very good. The full dinner included escargot served on a plate with a pastry and lovely sauce. Presentation was worth a photograph. Next came a bowl of soup with a bun served...warm and very nice home-made soup. Next was the main. I had chicken on a kabob with veg, served over a bed of rice and with a salad on the other help of the plate. Very good. Coffee or tea was included. Labrador tea was an option, so I chose it. Finally, a piece of cherry and vanilla cake with a dollop of whipped cream and a creamy sauce with hearts drawn into it and chocolate drizzled over all. Presentation was fabulous. The dinner was quite good and a bargain for (plus tax and tip). It was lovely enough that I posted a couple of photos on Facebook, but it eludes me how to pst them here. Given the lovely dinner, breakfast served with decaf crystals instead of actual coffee was a bit disappointing. My friend ordered waffles, which appeared to be pre made. My omelette wasn't too bad, but disappointing after the really nice dinner the night before."
