Firstly Id say that if there really are over 100 better restaurants in Saint Jean de Luz than Chez Theo then thats only a fine compliment on the quality of establishments in the town. We had 3 fine set menus for only 20 euros, if slightly concerned about the speed at which they were served. Warm environment. We chose theo's paella. Served in a traditional dish and generous size with fish, chicken, prawns, shrimp and chorizo. Good discovery.
