We were there for my wife's birthday (pam) super nice party and very good food if you pass by st jean of sixt.
We spent an excellent evening on the farm with a delicious and hearty cheese meal. warm and friendly atmosphere and meal taken in the heart of the tome factory...

"End of season meal..we were the only clients at 7:30.The waitress was very pleasant and chatty, although she did act busy Starters were ok (chevre chaud).The two main courses were lamb wrapped in pastry and a tartiflette. The staple of the area was at best......average- the lamb was well presented but cold, dry greasy.. in fact barely edible. Drinks Kir/small beer/x1 bottle Cote de Rhone....price €60. In future we will either go to the Cabanon next door (5* or go elsewhere in the area.A shame it used to be so good in Le Peille"

"We started with a drink on the terrace with a beautiful view that is rarely seen, total escapism. the dinner was amazing and each plate was more interesting and beautiful than the next. our four-headed party came happy and wished we would go back the next night. the lady who supervised the dining room, we understood as a woman of herrn renaut, was simply charming and made us feel at home from the beginning. oh, and a weeping list that fits everywhere!"

"The reception is hot; The joy of the barley of sandblast is communicative: we look forward to sharing what his companion, and starred chief, florist favario, has concocted us. Indeed, no choice, no card: the menu is made according to the seasonal products, and sometimes modified each week at the option of arrivals. this strategy is explained by the eco-citizen policy, including zero packaging and zero waste, and recycling. Creativity is a passion that has never ceased to surprise us from the beginning to the end of the meal: the dishes made of olive wood made by a local cabinetmaker, the modern and warm decoration of the chalet, the presentation not to the plate but to share, the use of magnificent snails, white asparagus, bear garlic, celery. the gourmet flavors of a cuisine with accents of the terroir....The people of the service intervene in a benevolent and effective way. I can't. the accompaniment meets and the wines succeed perfectly. blind discovery is a beautiful playful experience that leads to the discovery of excellent producers and wine. We came out of this beautiful establishment, after the pass from the chef to the table, full of emotions, as to a show. Bravo to the whole Montmin inn team!"
