I was never disappointed by the hotels in the Les Collectionneurs network. Again, performance is high. The view is beautiful and the very comfortable rooms. Everyone's relaxed. Emblematic restaurant in Saint Jean Pied de Port. My memories of the beginnings of the 80s of the establishment in its magnificence which unfortunately has suffered the weight of its institution over the years (and perhaps restrictions).
