Okay, so I can be a pretty picky eater, but I could find NOTHING wrong with our visit today!!! Everything was perfectly made, hot, fresh and tasty! The restaurant was immaculately clean, and a young man even came by to make sure ours, and others were enjoying their meals and that our orders were correct! What User doesn't like about Harvey's:
..having your employees blatantly smoking out back, in plain view of the drive-thru, during rush hour? Really? It happened the first time, and we had to roll up our windows between the speaker and service window just to escape the smell. The same employee, bigger guy, blond, was out again the next time we came through a few days later, the same routine. I've nothing against that stuff in the privacy of one's home, but Harvey's should be more aware of its employees' behavior at the workplace.We chosen not to return for a while, in hopes the problem will be fixed in the meantime. Sad, because the restaurant itself is usually amazing.
