Ordered a pick up/take out order and they forgot to include a meal. We waited half an hour for the one meal to be “ready” only to be told they had to remake it and it will be another little while. By then all the other food was soggy and cold. I told them we would like a refund and the hostess said the forgotten meal would be refunded.
