What Laura Ann doesn't like about Second Cup Café:
Staff is amazing, management however is a completely different story. I won't be back. Very disappointed. I really loved this store but after seeing how management speaks to people and talks about their staff. I'd rather see the staff work somewhere they are appreciated. Lately I dont feel like that even exists in Saint John. read more.
