The chicken parm was great! Good salad and bread. The lasagna was bad. The noodles were hard and rubbery. Tasted like leftovers that had been reheated in a microwave. They took one of our lasagna dinners off the check but still kinda disappointing. read more.

"I have been going to cafe tosi for almost 10 years a day and have stopped on the way to work as they open up to get a latte with excellent illy coffee!
