What Michal Pichel doesn't like about Chez Dan:
I rarely leave a review but this day the duck confit was impossible to eat: way overcooked, so dry and hard that it was almost impossible to separate it, never seen that for a confit (and what's more at 22€ . We made the comment to the waitress and were met with a smile “I’ll tell the cook”. The chirashi was good though. The rest of the service went well.
