"Confiscated by two restaurants in creon to travel adviser, both called auberge des chasseurs, then to Google cards with the postcode that nowhere to us in the middle af , we finally found this auberge. fortunately this was the test run so on the day. we came to the booked time. we were warmly welcomed and shown on our table. it seemed to be a good mix of local and traders that we always consider a good sign. the menu du jour had two options for each cure and suppe for everyone as an appetizer. both choices for each cure were tested by our group without complaining and much praise. were generous and well presented. the service was attentive without being overlaid. the vin de table was very acceptable and not expensive for the carafe. in any case back soon."

"We travelled some ten miles across country to visit this restaurant, it was worth the effort. The restaurant did not seem very busy for a Friday evening, but visitors are few in the area. The restaurant is beautifully laid out, with a separate bar. The menu was limited, but choices were easy to make, I took a typical terroir Menu, which was beautifully presented, my wife picking from the a la carte, again beautifully presented, the suite was an apple tarte following a good local cheese plate. All in all an excellent meal, and I would certainly go there again. We did not see any other English visitors in the area either, but we had an excellent welcome, as we have in the markets and elsewhere. Les Anglais are back, travelling again, in spite of the masks."
