Order an Essential Reset on Friday afternoon (5/21) for p/u at 4:15p, unfortunately I was running late and when I called to let them know, was only then told that they wouldn 't be able to complete the order for pickup. Fine OK, busy, whatever, but would have been nice to get a call before I had to call them. "Wrote a long previous review and got an upset response from owner so I figure I'll shorten it. Prices weren't on menu and menu item pictures were misleading. They pictured a wrap and fries, only were told after paying and getting the wraps that fries were a side item. The taste of the falafel was fine, that isn't my problem with the place."
