I've never left a review for anything. I work in the costume service and totally believe in the advantage of doubt when it comes to other costume service jobs. I ordered to think about the app and waited for 2 hours for my food that never showed up. They did not follow the delivery instructions. I didn't get any help or customer support from Jimmy John's staff. View all feedback.
The food here is always excellent and fresh. Staff has always been kind professional and courteous. They currently have reduced hours due to covid
