This restaurant is clearly struggling. Staff were shouting at each other and, while I was eating inside, they actually locked the front door hours before closing. The cook came out at one point and grabbed a drink from the soda machine. Their chicken is as good, if not better, than Popeye's, and their sides are head and shoulders above the competition. But that staff? Just an apathetic lot when it comes to customer interaction. On the plus side, they have never gotten an order incorrect, it's always been perfect. But, wow is it hard to engage them; they all seem to desperately want to be absolutely anywhere else.
