Elizabeth in the drive thru is completely unprofessional. My mom and I went through yesterday and she kept jumping up and down messing around with co workers. She gave me first coffee which was covered on the outside with coffee, then forgot the second . We kept trying to get her attention, but she wasn 't even facing the window as she kept goofing off.
