The staff was very friendly, the restaurant is very clean, and great service.... But.... The food was incredibly bland. Spicy garlic shrimp combo tasted completely unseasoned, like food in a nursing home. Maybe I just picked a bad dish, but it was easily the most flavorless chinese take out dish I've ever had. "I have been to this place a few times for some reason somebody doesn't know how to read a order?. For the 2nd time I ordered a Giant Chicken Cheesteak Sandwich ended up with a regular Steak Sandwich which was extremely disappointing as it was very salty from the Steak sitting in the Au Jus. I don't understand why it seems to be so hard to read a order thoroughly prepare what the customer has requested!! Maybe they need an Expedited to call the orders in clearly someone to check that the order is prepared the way that the customer requested before it is given to the customer??? I can understand business being busy getting caught up in the moment, but as I said this is the 2nd time!! I used to rave about Jersey Mike's being better than a competitor, but after these latest experiences I am starting to wonder... The best sandwich that I have had there was a BLT sandwich then probably their Tuna sandwich.."

"Wrote a long previous review and got an upset response from owner so I figure I'll shorten it. Prices weren't on menu and menu item pictures were misleading. They pictured a wrap and fries, only were told after paying and getting the wraps that fries were a side item. The taste of the falafel was fine, that isn't my problem with the place."
