I feel like this franchise owner has given up. The restaurant was a complete wreck with trash overflowing, dirty drink station, and overall questionable cleanliness. The food came out cold and honestly looked inedible. The taste wasn't much better. The Mac and cheese looked repulsive and uncooked. Only 2 people working, which explains all of the above.
