Found Le Mambo by chance while driving along the Ardeche Gorge. It is a great local restaurant with a simple, single choice menu of the day starter, main course, cheese, desert, 0.25 litre carafe of wine and coffee all for 16 euros. Food was simple but delicious, staff were friendly, and the restaurant was full of local people we were the only English and possibly the only tourists. Thoroughly recommended. read more.
