Good restaurant... until recently... Managers sold! Too bad, because then we don't have much to do with the client. :le dish of the day? Gratin of ravioli... that is, the speciality of the restaurant served ALL the days. Not really the notion of dish of the day. And if we don't want a bunch of ravioli, what else can we do?
